Description:
Starting from the Hotel Asterbel downhill and turn left after about 300 meters, the largest deciduous tree. Follow the road for about 300 meters along the valley to the junction that goes on trail number 14, then always follow this path of narrow streets between Kameriot meadows and partly on the forest, partly on the old path from the forest to the south- east to Passo Serla (2099 m, 2 hours). Now, on the left, north, on the path 33 through the east-facing heads uphill to the saddle Along (2,121 m), northwest ridge on the grass to the junction below the ridge between Monte Lungo and Monte Serla, leaving the marked path for a Jöchl (2,171 m) and on the south west ridge of pines moderately steep climb to the summit of Monte Lungo (2282 m). - Then return back to the fork said. The descent is via the ascent route, 2 1/2 hours
