Sheets and towels change
The weekly change of towels and bed linen is included.
Table linen is not available. Additional linen changes on request and at an additional cost.

Ban on smoking
All types of apartments are non-smoking!
According to Italian law, smoking is prohibited throughout the building!

Arrival
On arrival day the apartments are available from 14.30 to 19.00 .
For arrivals after 19.00 we ask you to inform us.

Departure
On the day of departure we ask you to release the apartments until 9 am and to leave them clean.

Local tax
The tourist tax is not included in the price and is € 2,50 per day and per person (from 14 years).
The revenues will be used for the development and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sporting events.

Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted up to 30 days prior to arrival, however, the deposit cannot be refunded.
In case of later cancellation, late arrival or early departure the booked period will be charged.

Room number / room type
If you require a specific room number or floor, we try our best to accommodate you as desired.
We reserve the right to change between the rooms of the same price category or to upgrade the room category if necessary.

Pets
Bringing pets is not allowed.
